Today, Kantar is opening the recruitment of trainees for 3 to 6 months periods to learn and develop their skills alongside Kantar experienced colleagues.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 

As a trainee you will be involved in the full life cycle of quantitative and qualitative research, from design to data control and reporting. Besides this you’ll be:

  • Collaborating in project management of various research studies, depending on their scope
  • Following the project from beginning to end ideally, so you can learn both on set-up and analysis (survey data, media data, other sources of data)
  • Working closely with other team members and external providers on a variety of tasks and ensuring successful delivery
  • Exposure to client contacts and attending meetings

YOUR PROFILE 

We are looking for people with a curious and analytical mindset and who are interested in marketing, experience and societal issues. You have interest in different research methods and ideally (working on) a university degree. Ideally you have experience with SPSS or other research software (but not a requirement). In addition:

  • You are fluent in English – other languages an asset
  • You display high level of interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Overall, you show a dynamic personality and are well-organized and able to multitask
